What excited me the most about The Beautiful You Project was capturing the stories of all these women who have fought so hard for who they have finally become. And although we always are evolving, there is a tremendous light that shines from women who reach that point of owning their stories and declaring their worth. It truly was an honor to share space with Gail, to hold an intimate conversation as she spoke of her lifelong wound, how only recently she was able to face that pain but to also see her grit and strength power through her hurt to become an amazing mom to her 2 children and to learn to love herself more deeply. We had an amazing shoot starting at the studio and ending with sunset at the beach with a little risqué at the end. Her laugh was infectious and her smile reminded me of Julia Roberts. I loved that we incorporated her Native American heritage into the shoot as the reflection of who she is. Come enjoy learning more about Gail. Feel free to leave a comment if her story moved you too, like it did me.

Cheers-
