My blog!!! I sure have neglected you, haven’t I?  It’s one of those “to dos” that gets easily pushed to the side when time is scarce and the list is never ending (whose isn’t, right?!)  But I have concluded that it’s still important to me because it serves more in documenting the history of my work & my client’s stories and I’m proud of that.  Facebook’s timelines don’t allow you to search & find like a blog can.  And with that I shall put more effort into catching up on what we’ve been up to at Bridget Lopez Photography Studio.  Hope you stick around to hear more.

“Connection is why we are here. We are hardwired to connect with others, it’s what gives purpose and meaning to our lives, and without it, there is suffering.” ~Brene Brown

One of the coolest things about being a photographer is the connection I am fortunate to make with each client. To hear their stories, to take a step into their world for a day, get a glimpse into their lives, to document their history and to preserve their legacy to pass down to their children. To know that I am helping this young little guy reminisce on his childhood decades from now is such an honor to bestow. I got to capture him before he even arrived into this world as he grew in his mother’s womb. I am so honored that they continue to invite me into their lives year after year to document their family love and history.  My heart is grateful.
